If a consumer requests a free quotation from Falcon we need to collect some personal information to enable us to provide the quotation. This information typically consists of a name, address, telephone number and email address. This information is stored on a secure computer system and is not shared with any other public or private body.

Upon entering a contract a Falcon you are consenting to your data being shared with FENSA and Quality Assured National Warranties (QANW). The purpose is for fulfilling the requirements of the Competent Person Scheme for self-certification under the Building Regulations. QANW will also provide you with the certificate for an Insurance-Backed Guarantee. Personal data includes title, name, address, telephone numbers and email addresses. This data will be used to provide essential documentation and will be retained on files for the lifetime of the guarantees which do not exceed 10 years.
