Bridgend’s name in Welsh is Pen-y-bont ar Ogwr, meaning “the head of the Bridge on the Ogmore”. This refers to the River Ogmore, that traverses its way through the heart of the town.
It’s undergone considerable redevelopments in recent years and is one of the fastest growing towns in Wales. In 2017, Bridgend became our home base with the opening of our double glazing showroom.
