7 windows, new soffits, fascia board and guttering. The house has never looked nicer! Byron (the fitter) was lovely, efficient and tidy. Simon (who came for the initial quotation/pricing) was lovely too. I really liked his no nonsense sales pitch – as in this is what you want, this is the price. (And a good price it was too!!). Not like some companies who quote the earth and are then offering ‘discounts’ and phoning managers to ‘check if there’s anything more I can do for you luv’.

Purchased new composite fount door and windows. Price was very competitive especially after we had experienced the hard sell from national company who quoted almost twice the price. Sales experience was great with no pressure and high quality product. The fitting was also very good with the end result a very neat and tidy job. Only glitch was change in fitting times with delayed communication from office to us which could be better. But overall good experience and we are going back to complete makeover with remaining rear windows. Would recommend

2nd phase of install now completed in summer and all rear windows replaced along with patio door and new back door. Very happy with the quality and great service along with competitive price. In fitting the rear door window some of the previous brickwork was loose and came away. The fitters were brilliant and organised for the bricks to be re-attached the following day with no cost or hassle to ourselves. Keep up this great local service from a great team.

Such a lovely, professional company to do business with. We shopped around before going with this family run business. After having a visit from Simon we decided to go with Falcon. Simon is a lovely guy who was very helpful and professional. We didn’t feel under pressure at all. What we did get though,was lots of knowledge on different styles of doors. A true professional. Our door was fitted today and we’re so pleased with it. The guys who fitted it worked fast and didn’t bother us at all. They cleared up afterwards and left us with a beautifully fitted new door. So pleased with everything. Thanks a lot Falcon.

After getting a few quotes from the nationwide sellers it was a pleasure to deal with Simon from Falcon Installations. After quickly measuring up he offered a no hassle price take it or leave it which was considerably cheaper than the other 3 quotes we had.

The surveyor came out two weeks later to finalize measurements, and two weeks later again the fitters arrived to install.

The installation took three days as promised (12 windows and 2 doors), the fitters worked non stop, were clean, tidy and just got on with the work.

Falcon used Eurocell windows and doors which appear very good quality. The house is noticeably quieter already and looks great. We did have a problem with a crack in one of the windows which we noticed a day later. Falcon have just turned up today less than 2 weeks later to replace the unit!

Overall great price, installation and service, and will have no hesitation in using them next year for our planned conservatory upgrade! Highly recommended if considering new windows/doors!
