Company history
Established in 1990, we’ve grown alongside our customer recommendations, from a two-man team to a successful local home improvement company with a showroom in Bridgend. We have been providing FENSA certificates with every domestic installation since April 2002. We have also been providing our customers with an Insurance-Backed Guarantee for every domestic installation since January 2012, 2 ½ years before these became mandatory in our industry!
In 2008 we opened our first double glazing showroom located on Brackla Industrial Estate, Bridgend. Between 2015 and 2017 we opened a temporary showroom in Talbot Green High Street to increase our capacity capabilities and further our operations. Most recently, in mid-2017 we moved to our new home at Falcon House on the eastern edge of Bridgend Industrial Estate.
Throughout our history, we have strived to provide our customers with the products they want. We were quick to adopt A rated windows as standard when the BFRC rating system was launched, being the first in Bridgend to provide this. After recognising the importance of triple-glazing in reducing energy bills, we’ve started to offer triple glazed windows in our range.

We understand that the safety of your home is extremely important. We put the utmost care in ensuring that our windows are manufactured and installed to be as secure as possible.
Our windows include a 5-point Saracen locking system, made up of a deadbolt, anti-lift bolts and pre-compression rollers. This locking system can withstand a whopping 1.5 tons of pressure, which is roughly the size of a Ford Focus.
Falcon Installations are so sure of the security of our products, that if you suffer theft from forced entry (apart from breaking the glass), we’ll re-install a replacement product free of charge.*
