How our South Wales windows and doors installation company began
The Falcon Installations brand began in 1990 with skilled sub-contractor Charlie Crawley. “Back then, he was just one man and a van, with his wife Agnes taking care of the accounts,” explains Dan. Upon leaving school, Charlie’s son, Matthew, then joined the industry as a canvasser and sales representative, before the family decided to try and grow Falcon together as a business, and son Dan joined the team.
Today, Charlie Crawley enjoys a well-deserved retirement. The reins of Falcon Installations are firmly in the hands of Matt and Dan, while Agnes continues to contribute her expertise to the company on a part-time basis.
It’s a true family affair that has seen Falcon Installations evolve into the locally-lauded and award-winning business it is today – 33 years on.

Aside from Falcon Installations being born and bred in South Wales, Dan explains why he wouldn’t live anywhere else. “South Wales has beautiful parks and countryside, as well as a variety of excellent beaches. Being a father of three and a dog owner, we are never short of places to take the dogs for great walks and the children love a day at the seaside, all of which are on our doorstep.”
